VitalHealth EHR was designed to be easy to use. For a typical solution, "easy" tends to be synonymous with limited functionality. So we took a different approach. We started with a blank slate, and began with a unique Mayo Clinic study into small practice workflow and needs, in which they shadowed and interviewed small practice physicians, nurses, desk staff and specialists. We combined the results from this research with Meaningful Use requirements, and added our own extensive experience with building disease and health management solutions.
